Joel Burril is an accomplished professional in the biotechnology industry with experience in business development, alliance management, and project management. He has worked for several years at mid-sized biotech companies, including Chinook Therapeutics and Aduro Biotech, where he provided strategic planning advice and helped secure funding for emerging and established companies. Burril has a vast network of high-level executives in the healthcare, biotech, med tech, and financial services industries, which he built over 20 years. He earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biophysics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in August 2015. Burril also studied Biology and Computational Biology and received his Bachelor's degree from Duke University.
