Elliott Stainman is a University of Pennsylvania alumnus with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Consumer Psychology. He has worked at Macy's for several years, first as a Brand Management Intern, before moving on to the Merchandise Planning department as a Merchandise Planning Intern. He later completed Macy's Merchant Executive Development Program before being promoted to Divisional Planning and Operations Assistant Analyst and eventually becoming an Assistant Business Manager. Stainman's diverse experience at Macy's has given him a comprehensive understanding of the retailer's operations.
