Mark Franzen is a seasoned chief financial officer with over 35 years of experience in top-level accounting and corporate finance. He has worked for a diverse range of high-growth companies, both public and private, in various industries, such as technology, clean tech, and venture capital. Franzen's expertise in equity capital raising, bank lines, and capital lease lines has helped him raise over $250 million in equity capital, $100 million in bank lines, and $50 million in capital lease lines. Additionally, he has served as the CFO of sixteen companies, five of which were public, and eight others that were sold or merged as part of the exit strategy. Franzen has been part of international operations in Europe and the Far East in over half of these companies.

Franzen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University-Northridge, and he is also a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant. Franzen is currently the president of Franzen Business Consulting, and he serves as a Board of Director for two operating companies and one charity.
