He started as an artist at Ericsson Radio Systems and later worked his way up the career ladder to become a Lead Outsource Artist at DICE. Erik also served as a Board of Director at Dhruva Interactive and held several positions at Starbreeze Studios, including Art Manager, Art Outsource Manager/Art Pipeline Supervisor, and Art Outsource Manager/Art Producer.
