He also served as the Customer Support Lead and Training & Project Lead at Shift Technologies, where he managed teams responsible for providing customer support and training services to users of the platform.

In addition to his work in real estate and training operations, Luis has also held various other positions throughout his career. He was the CEO and Founder of Refill Fuel, a company that aimed to make refueling a car more convenient for consumers.
