Justin Hower, an accomplished organizational leader, boasts a wealth of experience combining corporate engineering with military command and staff expertise. He is responsible for developing prodigious products sold worldwide, which meet several safety and compliance standards, including FCC, RoHS, NEBS, and ETSI. From concept through design and manufacturing, he has utilized injection-molded plastics, sheet metal, and PCB IDF processes for dynamic results in a fast-paced, customer-oriented, ISO 9001-compliant environment. Hower is a graduate of Santa Clara University and holds a master's degree in science, engineering management, and leadership. He earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. With a proven track record of industry leadership, Hower has enjoyed professional experiences across a variety of platforms. At Rivian, he managed mechanical engineering as the electrical hardware manager, and previously, he was the lead mechanical design engineer. Hower served as a mechanical engineer at Adecco@Google and was an Advisory Board member at RX Hydration, Inc. During his tenure in the United States Army Reserve, he commanded the multi-functional logistics company, taught strategic studies and organizational development, served as executive officer, and held the rank of commissioned officer. Hower worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Cisco and as a new product introduction engineer - mechanical.
