Puar Liang is a Singapore-based climate and energy policy expert, currently serving as the Senior Assistant Director for Climate Change and Sustainability at the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Puar holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, as well as degrees in business management and international relations. With a passion for tackling some of the world's most pressing problems, Puar has previously worked with organizations such as the World Food Programme, NVPC, and the Singapore Youth Olympics Games OC. Puar is highly skilled in coordinating and formulating policies, both domestically and internationally, and has experience with sustainability, climate change, and philanthropy.
