David Higley, a seasoned digital media and technology expert with more than 20 years of experience, has been actively advising and investing in companies and entrepreneurs. He specializes in various facets of the industry, including but not limited to digital media, software, interactive entertainment, cross-border, investment structure, equity capital market advice, private capital raises, structured finance, divestitures, and restructuring. His list of past clients includes multi-billion dollar media companies such as Hearst Communications, IAC, Skybound Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company, Vivendi, and Yahoo!, among others.

David has also worked with several notable interactive entertainment clients, such as Activision, Acclaim, Atari, Blizzard, Capcom, and Telltale Games, to name a few. He has also provided his expertise to internet/software platform clients, including Abovenet, About.com, CNET Networks, Elevation Partners, Geomerics, and Lycos, among others. Furthermore, David had partnered with engine/AI/machine learning clients, such as Adobe, Electronics for Imaging, Unity, and wrnch.ai, to help resolve some of their most pressing issues.

David is a law degree holder from the University of Virginia and a Business Administration Finance program alumnus from the University of Southern California. He has held positions such as Managing Partner at Bond Lane Capital Partners and Merchant Bank, Managing Director at Lazard, and Global Head of Digital Media at UBS Investment Bank. He has also served as a board member at Cryptic Studios and a mentor at The Founder Institute.
