Staci Thetford is a highly accomplished professional with a background in public administration and IT organizational change management. She studied Political Science and Public Administration at Texas A&M University - The Bush School of Government and Public Service. Staci has several years of experience in the public and private sectors, having worked as a Service Area Coordinator at City of Dallas and as an intern at the White House. She has also worked in Management Development, Analysis, and Change Management roles at Sendero and is currently the Senior Manager - IT Organizational Change Management at Oncor Electric Delivery.

Throughout her career, Staci has demonstrated expertise in organizational change management, project management, public administration, and IT consulting. She is a skilled communicator and has a passion for fostering cooperation between departments and management in moving an organization forward. Staci is a proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail and is dedicated to efficiently and effectively executing on critical projects.
