Edward Chatlos
Edward Chatlos is a prolific entrepreneur and CEO with a wealth of experience in the tech industry. He is the co-founder and CEO of PeerPort, a renowned collaborative social network for businesses that enables virtual teams to work together more effectively. Prior to establishing PeerPort in 2008, Ed was the President of Group Intelligence, a company that builds and manages market-based communities for technology firms.
Before that, he served in various positions at AT&T, including Vice President and General Manager of AT&T's WorldNet Service. During his tenure, he led the team to more than double its subscriber base to become the fourth-largest internet service provider in the United States. Before joining AT&T, Ed was a leader of Business Development and Mergers and Acquisitions for the OS Platform business at Novell, Inc. He also worked at Unix System Laboratories, Inc. (USL), where he transitioned USL from separate organizations within AT&T to a standalone partially-owned subsidiary of AT&T through to the acquisition of USL by Novell.
Along with his impressive background in the technology industry, Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
