He has also demonstrated the ability to lead, inspire, and develop executive teams in both direct-report and matrix models. Ken currently serves as the Founder and CEO at Thalamus Group. Before that, he was the Managing Partner at KBConsulting Group and the COO at Sourcing Solutions.
