Kavita Kalatur is a highly experienced professional with expertise in enterprise investment management, governance, value analysis, project management, and process design. She has a broad background in economics, quantitative and financial analysis and has worked in various industries. At Primavera, she served as Senior Engagement Manager and led some of the company's largest deployments at the US Department of the Treasury, the US Department of Health and Human Services, and TRICARE Management Activity.

Kavita worked on developing the governance structure and Capital Planning and Investment Management (CPIC) policy and processes at Treasury. She was a critical contributor to data mining and analysis to support the governance meetings of CIOs and Bureau Heads. At HHS, she managed the enterprise rollout of a solution to support Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) reporting and management. She is presently supporting the deployment of a Capabilities Based Planning solution at TRICARE.

Before joining Primavera, Kavita worked with Deloitte Consulting in their Strategy and Operations group, specializing in budgeted initiatives of up to $80 million. Her expertise in multifaceted financial models was utilized in value measurement and tracking to solve complex business issues at firms such as American Express and leading media companies.

Kavita is an MBA graduate from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and St. Anns. She is the Founder and Chairperson of NetImpact Strategies Inc. and has previously been Director Professional Services at Oracle (formerly Primavera Systems) and Senior Business Consultant at Deloitte Consulting.
