Konrad Farnbauer-Schmidt is a highly experienced professional with over 35 years of work-life in various fields of engineering including R&D, sales, and quality management. He is a director at CTEA and manages his own companies in Shenzhen, China. He studied Master in Material Science Polymers at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.

Farnbauer-Schmidt's expertise includes ceramics, injection molding, cutting, punching, thermoforming, and manual and automated assembly. He has extensive experience working in electronic companies and collaborating with electronic engineers. He has worked at KFS - keyboards, foils & switches as a general manager both in Germany and China. In Printec HT electronics in Dongguan, China, he served as an R&D director and quality manager. Additionally, he has worked for Telefunken electronic / Temic in Graefenberg + Nuremberg (Germany) and Alfmeier in Treuchtlingen / Bay. (Germany) as a mechanical design engineer.

Farnbauer-Schmidt's focus is on outsourcing in Taiwan and managing Chinese specializations, including competent factories. He has extensive resources in Chinese engineers but seeks reliable overseas customers, providing technical support in managing their products in China.
