Chad Warmack is a highly experienced healthcare professional with over 24 years of experience in Medicaid systems development and management. With extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local laws that impact Medicaid operations, Chad has specialized in addressing problem areas and inefficiencies within Medicaid management information systems, providing subject matter expertise and guidance to state Medicaid accounts. He has worked in various roles, including developer, IT systems manager, project manager, internal consultant, and technical lead, managing major Medicaid system enhancements. Chad is familiar with the HIPAA-mandated X12N health care transactions and has presented in various national forums, including the annual Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference.

Chad is currently a Senior Manager at Cambria Solutions, where he concurrently manages IT staff for up to nine state Medicaid systems, among other responsibilities. Before Cambria, Chad worked as the Director of Medicaid IT, Director of Professional Services, and National Standards Healthcare Consultant - Senior Consultant at Xerox. He also worked at ACS, an Xerox company, as a Project Manager and Systems Development Supervisor, and at Consultec, an ACS Company, as a Medicaid Developer.

Chad studied Management Information Systems at Florida State University - College of Business and Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Florida A&M University. He is a co-chairman of the NMEH sub workgroup on Operating Standards (HIPAA Operating Rules) and a former co-chairman of the ASC X12 Entity workgroup (HPID/OEID, etc.).
