Rori brings a wealth of professional experience to the table, having worked as a Senior Associate in the Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young. During her tenure at EY, Rori played an integral role in numerous engagements, including AML/KYC Regulatory Support, Wealth Management Branch Workflow, Finance Integration, Financial Close Process Optimization, AML/KYC Enhancement, Program Alignment, and Consent Order PMO.

At Wayfair, Rori heads the Organizational Design and Performance Strategy teams, responsible for ensuring Wayfair remains at the forefront of innovation, collaboration, and nimbleness, while managing the semi-annual 360 review process for 14,000+ employees.
