He has implemented a portfolio CoE organization that supported 8 IT programs, projects, and proposal efforts, increasing profitability by 8% through strategic resource-sharing. He has built an IT division into a thriving revenue-producing enterprise with annual revenue increases from $2.5M to $27.5 million. As a Proposal/Capture Lead, he has led efforts that have resulted in the award of Task Orders from Systems Made Simple's Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) IDIQ Program Management (Task 1) IDIQ award, which has led to $1.2 billion in new contracts for his company.

Lattomus has studied Electrical Engineering at California State University-Sacramento and completed an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians at the Community College of the Air Force.
