He is a certified PMP and system integration strategist who has excelled in Performance Optimization, Organizational Development, Customer Relationship Building, and Stellar Team Performance. A United States Air Force Veteran, Lattomus is an expert in Diverse System Integration and Large-Scale IT program experience. He was the Task Order (TO) Owner and account executive (Director) for the primary Program Management TO supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs $9.9B Office of Electronic Health Record Modernization (OEHRM) IDIQ contract. He has implemented a portfolio CoE organization that supported 8 IT programs, projects, and proposal efforts, increasing profitability by 8% through strategic resource-sharing. He has built an IT division into a thriving revenue-producing enterprise with annual revenue increases from $2.5M to $27.5 million. As a Proposal/Capture Lead, he has led efforts that have resulted in the award of Task Orders from Systems Made Simple's Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) IDIQ Program Management (Task 1) IDIQ award, which has led to $1.2 billion in new contracts for his company.
Lattomus has studied Electrical Engineering at California State University-Sacramento and completed an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians at the Community College of the Air Force. He is well-versed in a full array of systems development lifecycle methodologies like Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and SAFe.
