I’ve set up a strong training program by working closely with lead trainers and managers to create a feedback loop that boosts both training effectiveness and consistency. I also developed a customer portal featuring over 100 exclusive training resources. This portal gives our clients on-demand access, which has really ramped up customer engagement and satisfaction.

► Acquired a dog training company generating $1.7M in revenue by leading the discovery, negotiation, and acquisition processes, enhancing business portfolio and market reach.
► Boosted lead-to-sales appointment conversion rate from 40% to 52%, optimizing sales strategies and pipeline efficiency.
