- Led a team of four to utilize a budget of over $150,000 to plan and execute entertaining and educational events aimed at building the campus community. - Created systems to track finances and automate event planning workflows.  - Successfully secured a 50% budget increase through demonstrated programmatic engagement and success.  - Organized student orientation by developing and executing a leadership-training regimen for a team of 15 student orientation leaders.  - Created seven days of immersive events and seminars to onboard 150 new students into the campus community.
