Jillian Griffiths is the Chief Operating Officer at CD&R with leadership responsibilities in finance, information technology, and office and administrative services.

Before joining CD&R, she was a Deals Partner at PwC's New York office, specializing in financial due diligence and with extensive experience in London and New York, participating in over 150 transactions for private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies.

Jillian has broad national and international experience in leading diverse cross-functional teams, known for her inclusive and warm leadership style, passionate about developing people and helping them connect their work to the bigger picture.

Her specialties include Private Equity, Financial Due Diligence, international experience in London, Indonesia, and Singapore, and she is a NY CPA.

Jillian studied BSB in Accounting at Miami University and a Foundation Course in Kitchen techniques and cooking styles at Leith's School of Food & Wine.
