He has worked for several tech-based and tech-enabled companies in the medical, safety and security, and smart-home industries. Avital is proficient in strategic partnerships, distribution management, product management, CRM, and digital marketing.

He studied electronic technician with RF expertise, electrical, electronics, communications engineering, software engineering, and business administration, which have equipped him with a diverse skill set to work with various organizations in improving their business operations.

Currently, he is a managing partner at Perspectives - International Sales & Marketing, where he offers management consulting, digital marketing, and sales & marketing expertise to businesses in different industries. Previously, he has held various positions such as Director of Global Sales and Marketing at Dorot Control Valves, Co-Founder & CEO at Integra Team, VP Sales & Marketing at MTeye Security Ltd, Vice President & Director of Sales, and Senior Sales & Marketing Director at Electronics Line 3000 Ltd.
