Cecilia Matrone is a certified Principal/Assistant Principal with a background in the k-12 public school system, as well as both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Matrone holds a masters degree in School Leadership and a bachelors degree in Business Administration, and is particularly skilled in program management, people management, facilitation, public speaking, and data analysis. She has worked as a Mathematics Teacher and Content Lead in Clayton County Public Schools, a Strategy Consultant at Strategic Offsites Group, Inc., and a Program Manager at Year Up, among other positions. Matrone is currently working as a School Leader at Phoenix Charter Academy in Chelsea, MA, where she is focusing on supervising and coaching teachers, developing and leading systems for student support, and designing a career pathway for students interested in the health profession. She is passionate about innovating schools, and expanding pathways of opportunity for students and families.
