Caitrin Junker holds a Bachelor of Management degree with Distinction in International Business from The University of Lethbridge. She furthered her studies in Production and Logistics Management at Hochschule Reutlingen.

With a strong passion for process improvement, customer experience, and transcultural collaboration, Caitrin Junker has built her career in Dresden, Germany with proficiency in both English and German.

Her professional journey includes roles such as International Marketing Manager at SOLARWATT GmbH, Koordinatorin des Ballettdirektionsbüros at Semperoper Dresden, Receptionist at Kim Hotel Dresden, User Operations Analyst at Solium, and Intern for the Purchasing Manager at City of Lethbridge.

Prior to these positions, she also held roles as a Tutor at Stepping Stones Learning Center, Sales Associate at Rogers Communications, and Senior Lifeguard at Max Bell Regional Aquatic Centre.
