Christena Manley is a seasoned digital leader with over a decade of experience in buying, merchandising, and general management. Her expertise spans multiple channels, including Omni-channel, pure-play, and bricks & mortar, and verticals such as beauty, apparel, hard and soft lines, trade books, and private label. Christena has a proven track record of driving change and delivering results through vision-setting, teamwork, and a passion for customers, product, and design. She holds a BComm from Queen's University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as completed a General Course in International Marketing and Statistics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Christena's impressive career includes serving as the Chief Digital Officer at Knixwear and as the VP Ecommerce at Indigo. She has also held several leadership roles at Quidsi Inc., a subsidiary of Amazon, where she was the Head of Ecommerce Strategy, Merchandising & Creative for the Diapers.com and the Strategy & Merchandising Lead. Additionally, she served as E-Commerce Sr. Manager, Joe Fresh at Loblaw Digital and held a Senior Analyst role at Millennium Research Group.
