Arthur De La Rosa is an experienced security expert with more than two decades of proven success in providing security solutions in various operational areas such as housing, events, and hi-tech campuses. He has advanced leadership and management skills, honed through supervisory and managerial roles in high-risk areas, that have enabled him to lead high-impact teams to attain significant success. De La Rosa's track record of success is based on his ability to interact effectively with superiors and subordinates, perform assessments, identify solutions, and execute strategies that maintain compliance with security requirements and legal frameworks while addressing security deficiencies.

De La Rosa's experience also includes contracting for government agencies in the provision of direct support for U.S. military combat training and law enforcement officer safety training. In addition to his security expertise, De La Rosa has served as a Battalion Training NCO and Leader in the U.S. Army CSMR, where he trained soldiers in various units of the California Army National Guard in essential skills such as marksmanship, rappelling, map reading/land navigation, and radio communications.

Through his leadership and expertise, numerous employees have moved on to increasingly responsible positions within the security field, law enforcement, and the military. He also volunteers as an instructor for the Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps and participated in a specialized unit that bridged radio communications between public and private entities during crises to coordinate volunteer and resource deployment.
