Kevin Kramer is a staffing specialist with many years of experience in the recruiting industry. He co-founded Alliance Staffing Solutions in 2001 with Aaron Grossman, and they have since grown their 2-person startup into a multi-state operation that prides itself on excellence within the recruiting industry. Kevin's recruiting philosophy is centered on thinking of recruiting as a giant puzzle, with candidates being the puzzle pieces. He believes that finding the right fit for each client requires a deep understanding of their needs, and a creative approach to staffing solutions.

Kevin studied BA, Public Relations at Capital University and attended Eaton High School. He is highly skilled in recruitment, sales, management, and training. He is a Business Owner at Alliance Staffing Solutions and has previously served as Brand Leader and Practice Leader at Alliance Technical Solutions and Alliance Solutions Group, LLC, respectively. He has also been an Account Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting.
