With a robust background in driving growth and enhancing stakeholder impact, Tadros plays a pivotal role in overseeing MetLife's Group Benefits and Retirement & Income Solutions operations.

Overseeing business segments that contribute significantly to the company's earnings, he has led the U.S. Business to consistent growth, notably through strategic acquisitions like Versant Health and expanding pension risk transfer operations.
