Adam Dean is a former investment banker turned executive search partner with a proven track record of building dynamic senior management teams for leading companies in Canada. He holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, an M.S. from Northwestern University, and a B.A. from Western University.

Dean's expertise in best practices in search has been recognized in several publications such as the Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, Barron's, and Inc. Magazine. He founded Dean Executive Search, which embraces a client-centric focus and competency-based assessment to deliver personalized and high-impact executive search counsel to senior leaders at corporations and private equity firms.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Dean is an avid long-distance runner and applies his competitive spirit to building successful firms and attracting the right candidates to leading companies in Canada. He is also an active advocate for cancer fundraising and awareness efforts and currently serves as Advisor to the Board of Directors of the Terry Fox Foundation.
