Hep Jen Holland is a professional swing dance and Lindy Hop instructor, DJ, choreographer, performer, and event promoter. With years of experience teaching group classes and private lessons, she has helped adults, high schools, and universities learn to groove to the beat. Hep Jen is also an expert in Charleston, jazz, and swing DJ-ing, and has performed and choreographed for various events and organizations. She is a former instructor and performer at Century Ballroom, UCSF, and Kindred Healthcare, and a former DJ at Le Colonial, well-known establishments in the dance and hospitality industry. Hep Jen's passion for swing dance extends beyond her work as an instructor and performer; she also organizes dance performances for seniors, showcasing the joy and health benefits of dance for all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Washington, which has prepared her well for navigating the dance scene and bringing people together, one shimmy at a time.
