Charlotte Ulvros is a professional with a diverse background encompassing different fields, including digital marketing, e-commerce, traffic acquisition, and journalism. She is currently the Chief Marketing and Experience Officer at TNG, where she specializes in unbiased recruitment and is developing the world's first unbiased interview robot called Tengai.

She has held positions such as Chief Digital Officer at Talentum Sverige, where she developed and managed their digital presence. She has also worked as a Marketing Manager at Mynewsdesk and served as the Communications Manager for Interflora AB.
