James Knott is an accomplished executive search and recruitment professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. He holds a degree in Geography and Town Planning from the University of Birmingham and is an alumnus of Cranleigh School. James has worked with top-tier organizations and has held senior positions in several companies, including Citi, The Omerta Group, and Tardis Group. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for various practices, such as Private Markets and Corporate Officer, Credit and Capital Markets, Fixed Income and Capital Markets, and Debt Finance, to name a few. James has also served as a consultant, associate, and managing director in the financial sector. He commenced his career as a Graduate Management Training Contract in Corporate Banking at Lloyds TSB.
