KC Hazarika is a seasoned Investment Banking professional with over 20 years of experience in both investment banking and private equity.

Currently serving as the Managing Director at Stifel, he focuses on the Food & Consumer sectors, leveraging his domain expertise in Consumer, Food & Beverage, Ingredients, Agribusiness, and eCommerce.

Prior to his role at Stifel, Mr. Hazarika held the position of Managing Director at BB&T Capital Markets, further adding to his extensive experience in the field.

Throughout his career, KC Hazarika has been involved in numerous successful M&A transactions with leading middle market financial sponsors, showcasing his strong track record in deal-making.

Some notable transactions that Mr. Hazarika has worked on include the Village Gourmet deal with Quad-C Management, Red Monkey Foods with Norwest Equity Partners, and the Vital Farms IPO among others.

His professional journey has seen him contribute to transactions involving companies like The Chefs' Warehouse, Verde Farms, Quirch Foods, Educators Resource, and many more, highlighting his diverse expertise in various industry verticals.

KC Hazarika's educational background includes a BA in Economics from Boston University, where he was a University Scholar, laying the foundation for his successful career in finance.
