J.B. Jennings is a strategic and results-driven leader with over 22 years of senior leadership experience. With a proven track record in evaluating system vulnerability to recommend security improvements, he is proficient at aligning business processes with network design and infrastructure for improved efficiency. Jennings has demonstrated success in delivering executive servant leadership, corporate culture transformation, and operational efficiencies. He is passionate about private and public service and ensuring good governance while championing integrated asset and resource management principles.

Jennings studied Business Management at the University of Baltimore and served as a Cyber Systems Operator and Loadmaster at the Air National Guard. He has held several other positions in the public and private sector, including Senator at Maryland State Senate, Director of Business Development at X8, and Cyber Planner at USCYBERCOM, to name a few. He has also owned and managed various businesses, including The Mill of Hereford and Maryland Feed Company.

Jennings is currently serving as the Senate Minority Leader at the Maryland State Senate, where he continues to promote community development, collaboration, and trust.
