Julius Bachmann is a Berlin-based certified executive coach, investor, and advisor with a mission to make the future of venture more human. He has invested, coached, and advised dozens of founders across Europe and worked on both sides of the venture industry. With extensive experience in startups, fundraising, team management, and executive coaching, Julius helps founders gain clarity and build thriving businesses. Julius studied at the Universität St. Gallen-Hochschule für Wirtschafts-, Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften and the London Business School, and he holds a certificate in Systemic Coaching from Quadriga University of Applied Sciences. He has worked as a VC at Redstone, Earlybird Venture Capital, and Flight.vc, as well as a consultant at EY and project manager at Finanzchef24. He was also a coach in residence at Entrepreneur First and an expert advisor to the European Commission.
