Jude Hamod

Jude Hamod is a highly educated and experienced legal and business professional with a focus on international and startup law. With a Master of Laws degree from UC Hastings College of the Law and a law degree specializing in International and European Law from Université Panthéon Sorbonne, Jude has a comprehensive understanding of the legal industry both domestically and overseas.

Jude’s experience spans across diverse industries including venture capital, strategic partnerships, and technology and he has held a variety of leadership roles in these fields. He is the current Principal, MENA at Rainmaking, where he advises and supports startups in the Middle East and North Africa region. Prior to this, Jude held positions as Director of Investments and Strategy at Ayana Holding, Head at 1776, and Venture Associate at NXT Innovation, among others.

Throughout his career, Jude has successfully managed legal and business operations for notable organizations such as Wearable World and TechWadi.org. Additionally, he has acted as a consultant and advisor for various startups in the tech industry, assisting with growth strategy, legal operations, and strategic partnerships.
