He has been with the company for over a decade and has played a crucial role in enhancing its culinary offerings.
Raman's expertise in the culinary arts is unparalleled, and he has been recognized by several industry publications for his contributions. Under his leadership, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company has received numerous accolades for its culinary programs, including the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Award. Raman has also been recognized as a “Master Chef of India,” an honor bestowed upon him by the Indian government.
Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Raman held senior positions at several other prominent hospitality companies, including Marriott International and The Peninsula Group. He holds a degree from the Institute of Hotel Management in Chennai, India.
In his current role, Raman oversees all aspects of food and beverage operations across The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company's global properties.
