Travis Simpkins

Travis Simpkins is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse academic and professional background. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Philosophy from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he also studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Travis has also completed academic programs at the MIT Sloan School of Management and Case Western Reserve University, where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics. Prior to higher education, Travis attended Orrville High School.

Travis is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Mugrid Analytics, a successful startup that leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to help companies drive success through transformative data analysis. Previously, he held positions as a Senior Contributor at One Mile at a Time, co-founder of Pine Hill Travel, Principal at Independent Chip Design, Senior Research Scientist at Optron Systems, and as an intern at Agilent Technologies, IBM, and Intel Corporation before his academic and professional success.
