Andy Van Solkema is a highly experienced designer and digital strategist with an extensive background in graphic design. He has studied at multiple institutions, including Grand Valley State University and the University of Pennsylvania, where he gained knowledge in education and business. With an active presence in multiple organizations, Van Solkema has been the Vice President of Digital Strategy and Experience at Open Systems Technologies and the Advisory Board Member for West Michigan Technology Council to name a few. He is a former Emba Design Thinking Curriculum Development and Faculty member at Grand Valley State University and has acted as an Advisor and Membership Committee Member for Aiga West Michigan. In addition to his work at these organizations, Van Solkema has founded his own design company, Visualhero, and has held design team member positions for Tedxgrandrapids and Fusionary Media. His experience in the field of design, combined with his expertise in digital strategy, makes him highly sought after in the industry.
