Shelly Heiden is an accomplished executive leader with over 15 years of experience managing non-profit organizations. She has held key positions in various Red Cross branches, including serving as the Community CEO and Regional CEO. Her expertise lies in cultivating relationships, securing partnerships and collaborators, achieving goals and targets, overseeing P & L, developing recruitment strategies, leading staff and volunteers, recognizing and honoring supporters, and setting and executing strategy. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an MBA from Bradley University, Foster College of Business, Shelly has the educational background to match her professional experience. She currently serves as the Executive Director for Lutheran Hillside Village at Lutheran Senior Services, where she oversees the day-to-day management of the organization's staff and board of directors while ensuring the meeting of critical metrics and goals.
