Andy Aitken

Andy Aitken is a highly educated professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Imaging Sciences and Biomedical Engineering from King's College London, an MSc in Medical Engineering and Physics from Kings College London, and an MEng in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.

Andy Aitken has a wealth of experience in the tech industry, having worked as Staff Machine Learning Engineer and Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Twitter. Prior to this, Andy held positions as a Computer Vision Research Engineer at both Twitter and Magic Pony Technology.

Before his time in industry, Andy Aitken engaged in research and academia, serving as a Research Assistant during his PhD studies at King's College London and also worked as a Trainee Clinical Scientist at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Additionally, he was a recipient of the Wellcome Trust Scholarship during his time at the University of Oxford.
