José Kadlec is a former software engineer, ethical hacker, and digital forensic examiner turned talent sourcing and recruitment expert. He is the co-founder and CEO of GoodCall, an app-only recruitment agency that specializes in social recruitment for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Kadlec is also the founder of the Recruitment Academy, an organization that trains and develops talent sourcing and recruiting professionals in Central and Eastern Europe. He is the author of the book People as Merchandise: Crack the Code to LinkedIn Recruitment and has advised and trained companies such as ExxonMobil, Dell, Foxconn, and Siemens on their talent sourcing capabilities. José is a LinkedIn Certified Recruiter and an instructor at Recruitment Engineering and Digital HR Leaders training programs. He is an avid podcast host and the author of Covid-Proof Virtual Trainer. He studied mathematics, software engineering, and computer science at Czech Technical University and the University of Hradec Králové.
