Fernando Rathgeb is a highly skilled, certified Project Manager-Engineer with a six-year curriculum in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a top technical university in South America. He has experience in leading geographically dispersed multi-party complex engineering projects in various industries including Power, Water, Nuclear, Pharma, Pulp & Paper and Petro-Chemical. Fernando has a deep understanding of Nuclear Fusion/HTS, EVs, Wind & Solar energy technologies. He is fluent in English, German, and Spanish and familiar with cultural and global business practice differences.

Fernando has worked for various organizations, including Dal-Tile Corporation, Lowe's Companies Inc., and Invensys, which was later acquired by Schneider Electric. He was also the Founder and VP of Business Development at micro.Spectral Sensors, LLC.
