Rayane Alamuddin is an accomplished interdisciplinary mixed-methods researcher and experienced manager who brings her experience to the fields of higher education and workforce development. She has been identified in the top 5-15% of the workforce for her outstanding teamwork, persuasion, and communication skills, which make her an ideal collaborator in challenging and dynamic environments. Rayane is passionate about developing creative solutions to modern challenges that promote social good and scale evidence-based solutions.

Rayane has a wealth of educational background, having studied Psychology for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the American University of Beirut, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Development and Social Policy and a Master's degree in the same field at Northwestern University.

She has held several positions in various organizations, including being an Associate Director for Research and Evaluation, Educational Transformation at Ithaka S+R, a Senior Researcher at Ithaka S+R, a Research Affiliate at the Human Capital Research Collaborative at the University of Minnesota, a Research Fellow at the Institute for Policy Research at Northwestern University, and a Psychoeducational Program Manager/Technical Consultant at International Medical Corps. Rayane has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor of Psychology at both the Lebanese American University and the American University of Beirut.
