Kristen Bartoloni is a highly accomplished political researcher, strategist, and communicator. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Law from American University and honed her skills at various political organizations. She was a Research Intern at Emily's List, Research Associate at Friends of Terry McAuliffe, Researcher at the Center for American Progress, and worked on Jeanne Shaheen's Senate campaign as a Research Assistant.

However, her most significant accomplishments were achieved during her time at The White House, where she held several important positions. As a Researcher, she researched and developed communication strategies for several White House initiatives. She was later promoted to Associate Research Director and then to Deputy Director of Research and Rapid Response Advisor in the Office of Communications. In these roles, she led a team of researchers and worked with high-level officials, including the President, to create effective communication strategies.

Following her tenure at The White House, Bartoloni co-founded Silver Street Strategies, where she provides strategic political and business consulting services. Her expertise includes research and analysis, message development, crisis management, and advocacy.
