Her educational background includes pursuing MCIPS in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from CIPS, a Certificate in Global Health Project Management from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with Second Class Honours Upper Division from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

Favour Edeh has contributed her expertise in various roles, including as a Logistics Work Stream Consultant at Catholic Relief Services and holding positions at organizations like HEALTH SYSTEMS CONSULT LIMITED, Malaria Consortium, and the Ministry of Health.

She has also been involved in the healthcare sector as an intern pharmacist at the National Agency For Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
