1nitial is a company dedicated to the development of different technologies including software and hardware for the logistics and transportation industry. In 2018, we developed HW and SW solution that is able to transmit vehicle data along with other solutions to increase the efficiency of logistics operations in national companies such as OXXO, Sigma Alimentos and Solistica.

In this role I was in charge of sales strategy where some of the main tasks were:

Approaching new clients
Provide costumer service to current costumes 
Setting delivery plans for installation and adoption of technologies and solutions provided
Review together with costumers what other solution they would need to ease their daily operations

Co-founder and Sales Director of ThermalTech in 2014 - 2018, Thermaltech is a company that develops smart fabrics and fibers capable of increasing body temperature, lowering body temperature or transmite user data instantly. This technology was developed in our R&D center and in our 1st phase we designed jackets that have this technology and could raise body temperature up to 10ªC in only 5 min. 

I was in charge of the commercial area where I managed to carry out a campaign to sale this jackets, the sales campaign started in the US where we sold $ 60,000 USD in the first month. I was in charge also of the registration of this company in the US and  the communication and PR strategy to reach sales goals.

We sold jackets with Thermaltech technology in over 35 countries worldwide. This company was sold to an American company in 2018.

Energy Depot is a company that installs solar water heaters and solar FV panel. In Energy Depot people can find different type of products that are an alternative solution to electricity, gas and water usage through renewable sources. These products include solar water pumps, solar protection filming for windows, electricity saving ACs, diverse products for water saving as well as products to save electricity at home.

To this date Energy Depot has installed more than +250 FV panel interconnected systems and +8000 solar water heaters.

In this role I've been in charge of some of the following tasks:

Design of the core business of Energy Depot including our vision, mission, sales goals, growth strategy
Established stores where clients could visit and see how all our products are installed and how they work
Recruit, train and certified employees for different areas such as administration, accounting, marketing and the team of engineers for installation of products
Designed processes for main areas of the business including sales process, administrative processes, accounting and delivery and installation of products
