Fatima Jafri

Fatima Jafri is a highly accomplished legal professional with expertise in product counseling, general corporate matters, machine learning/artificial intelligence, M&A and international transactions, SaaS agreements, licensing agreements, GDPR/privacy regulations, commercial and technology agreements. She is currently the Lead Product and Privacy Counsel for Elections, Social Impact and Health at Facebook. Prior to her work at Facebook, she served as Senior Legal Counsel at ChargePoint, Inc., Senior Associate at Inventus Law, Corporate Associate at Seubert French Frimel & Warner, and Law Clerk at Kiva.org and the U.S. Department of Commerce. She was also a Judicial Intern for Judge R. Ellis at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and a Research Associate for Gender and Public Policy/ Middle East Youth Initiative at Dubai School of Government. Jafri is a graduate of Tufts University - The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Northeastern University School of Law, and Trinity College-Hartford.
