Farzana Hairudin, a seasoned HR veteran, has held numerous senior roles within various multinational corporations. Hairudin studied Accounting at Singapore Polytechnic and Business Management, Human Resources, and Corporate Communications at Singapore Management University. Hairudin's professional journey started as the President of AIESEC Singapore before embarking on her HR career at Microsoft as a University Recruiter for South East Asia and South Korea.

Later, Hairudin joined Procter & Gamble, where she spent several years climbing the corporate ladder. Her roles included HR Manager for APAC Baby Care and Feminine Care, Senior HR Manager for Global Travel Retail (SK-II), and most recently, Senior HR Manager for Europe Beauty Care.

Hairudin's expertise lies in the areas of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Business Management. Still, her experience working in a multinational corporation has honed her skills, including talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee relations.
