Farrah Pradhan is a dedicated professional with a background in patient safety and healthcare delivery.

She holds a Masters qualification in Patient Safety from Imperial College London, obtained in 2020, and has a strong interest in safety management, improvement initiatives, safety-II principles, and resilience engineering.

Farrah is passionate about influencing safety practices in healthcare organizations by working with stakeholders to develop frameworks, tools, and processes for measuring impact and involving stakeholders in the improvement process.

Her focus on good leadership, transparency, and fostering innovative thinking aims to support organizations in enhancing and maintaining safety standards for healthcare and the public.

Farrah Pradhan's educational background includes a BSc in Osteopathic Medicine with Upper Second Class Honours from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, a BSc in Life Sciences with a focus on Human Physiology also with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of Westminster, and an MSc in Patient Safety from Imperial College London.

She has held various roles in prestigious organizations such as being the Invited Reviews Manager at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, a member of the Advisory Panel at the Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch, and a Lay Member on the Midwifery Committee at The Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Farrah's professional experience includes being a Patient Insights Advocacy Coordinator at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, a Patient and Public Involvement Representative at Research Design Services South Central, a Special Projects Coordinator at Bliss- The Premature Baby Charity, and a Family Support Coordinator at Bliss- The Premature Baby Charity.
