Before founding NexGen, he served as the head of strategy and business development at Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, where he was responsible for corporate strategy and fleet transactions, leading to over $4 billion in transactions, including a notable order with Boeing for the B747-8F.12 His early career included five years as a management consultant at Ernst & Young.
