Pan has also been a Schwarzman Scholar - BP Fellow, Business Analyst in Industrial & Energy at Solidiance, Co-Director, and Community Manager at Startup Grind Beijing, and held various research roles in fields like energy, technology scouting, and nuclear safeguards at organizations like 北京能见科技发展有限公司, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and the United Nations Office of Disarmament Affairs.

    Pan has also contributed as a Research Assistant in East Asia Nuclear Nonproliferation at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, as well as in program management and editorial capacities at the Wisconsin Center of Academic Talented Youth. She has experience as an Interpreter/Translator at the Winter Universiade.
